| Welcome Baby Project | Co-sponsored with the Bellevue Kiwanis, this program provides books to newborns and helpful information to their parents. The purpose is to establish the importance and benefits of reading to children from infancy. | ||
| Toddler Time | (Ages 18 months to 3 1/2 years with an adult) Offered the first Saturday of the month at 10:00 AM and the following Wednesday at 7:00 PM except January. It features 20 minutes of rhymes, stories, and songs. Registration is not required. | ||
| Preschool Storytime | (Ages 3 1/2 to 5 years) Offers a Spring Series (February - March with registration in January,) Summer series (June - July with registration in May), and the Fall series (October - November with registration in September). Each series offers two sessions: Mondays at 7:15 PM and Tuesdays at 10:45 AM. It features 45 minutes of stories, rhymes, music and crafts. Registration is required. | ||
| Book Bunch | (Ages 6 to 9 years) Offered the third Saturday of the month at 10:30 AM except December. Features one hour of theme-related activities. Registration is not required. | ||
| Puppet shows, Craft days and Other Children's Programs | For these special programs, refer to the library's monthy calendar for dates and times. | ||
| Summer Reading | Offered beginning the second week of June and continues for eight weeks. It features incentives for all ages to continue reading throughout the summer. Special programs relating to the summer reading theme are also offered. Registration is required and accepted throughout the eight-week program. | ||
